FA Cup betting round-up

It was another big weekend in the FA Cup over in England. We've taken a look at some of the shock results.

The FA Cup is Chelsea's to lose. That's the verdict of bettors after Arsenal lost 3-1 at Stoke to leave the holders as the big four's only remaining representatives in the competition. Carlo Ancelotti's men, who reached the fifth round with a routine 0-2 win at Preston on Saturday, are in to 2.9 (+190) to retain the Cup after Arsenal's defeat.

The Gunners were torn apart by a confident Stoke side who combined strength and skill to great effect at the Britannia Stadium. Ricardo Fuller was the key man, scoring two goals and Dean Whitehead grabbed the third with five minutes remaining. The final score, 3-1, was matched at 90.0 (+8900) and Stoke's match odds touched 8.4 (+740). Tony Pulis' men are rated a 27.0 (+2600) chance to win the Cup.

Manchester City are second favorites to win the Cup at 5.3 (+430) after their eventful 2-4 win away to Scunthorpe United. The game featured great goals from Martin Petrov, Silvinho and Robinho, but the home side played their part and made City's defenders uncomfortable at times with their high balls and tenacious play.

At the end of fourth round weekend, Chelsea and City are followed in the winner market by Aston Villa, who have already proved their cup pedigree by getting to the Carling Cup final, and Tottenham, who must replay their tie against Leeds, at 8.2 (+720). Birmingham City can be backed at 17.0 (+1600) and Fulham at 19.0 (+1800).
