Barry Millns is a freelance tennis journalist and commentator, who now works primarily for Sky Sports. Since he was first let loose on tennis by the BBC in 1990 he has covered nearly 60 grand slams, numerous Davis Cup and Fed Cup ties, plus many Masters Series events.
Among his assignments he has tried, in vain, to return Mark Philippoussis' serve, opted not to wear a pink pair of Virginia Wade's tennis shorts when facing the Wimbledon champion (the black ones were a better fit) and bottled out of asking Anna Kournikova, on an adjoining practice court, if he could have his balls back!
